July 8, 1987 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07-87 SUBJECT : Updating the List of Officers, Directors and Stockholders of Stockbrokers and Dealers in Securities For the information and compliance of all concerned, all stockbrokers and dealers in securities whose licenses were approved pursuant to the Revised Securities Act, must update the list of their officers, directors, and stockholders and submit the same to this Commission not later than August 15, 1987. llcd Strict compliance herewith by all concerned is hereby enjoined.
