July 6, 1990 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06-90 TO : All Pre-Need Companies RE : Filing Fees In view of the recent move of the government, thru the Department of Finance, to rationalize all charges for services rendered by its agencies, the following filing fees shall be collected for the opening/transfer/closure of every pre-need branch office: LibLex P1,000.00 per branch within Metro Manila P500.00 per branch outside Metro Manila In addition the following requests for approval/communications shall be embodied in a verified petition which shall be assessed P30.00 each: 1. Plan Contract Amendments 2. Price Increase/Change/s in Pricing Scheme 3. Release of Balance 4. Other documents requiring action by this Commission SO ORDERED. (SGD.) ROSARIO N. LOPEZ Chairman
