Commodity Futures Brokers/Merchants RE : Exemption from Taking Qualifying Examination of All Presidents of a Commodity Futures Brokers/Merchants For the information and compliance of all concerned, presidents of corporations registered as commodity futures brokers/merchants may be exempted from taking the qualifying examination for commodity futures salesmen but must be registered or licensed as such before they can act as salesmen for their commodity futures broker/merchant company pursuant to Section 20 of the Revised Rules and Regulations on Commodity Futures Trading. prcd Strict compliance of all concerned is hereby enjoined.
