May 26, 1987 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06-87 SUBJECT : Extension of Effectivity of Circular No. 3, Series of 1986 Due to numerous requests from corporations concerned and subject of Circular No. 3, Series of 1986, the effectivity of said Circular is hereby extended until 30 September 1987.
