April 5, 1990 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-90 TO : All Pre-Need Companies RE : Submission of List of Salesmen on Apprenticeship In order to give ample time for the preparation of subject report, Section 7 of SEC-BED Circular No. 2 Series of 1990 is hereby amended to read as follows: LibLex "Henceforth, all issuers of pre-need plans shall file a monthly list of their salesmen on apprenticeship within forty five (45) days from end of the month covered by the report. Those who will be noted during the audit as having received commissions but whose names are not among those submitted as licensed salesmen or on apprenticeship shall be deemed unlicensed, for which appropriate penalty will be imposed".
