April 4, 1990 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 04-90 TO : All Pre-Need Plan Companies RE : Report on Lapsed Plans In order to more effectively monitor compliance with the Rules on Pre-need Plans as well as ensure protection to the planholders, all pre-need companies are hereby required to submit a monthly list of lapsed plans showing the following information: 1. name of planholder 2. type of plan 3. no. of installment/s paid 4. total payment made 5. name of salesmen/branch (SGD.)
