April 29, 1988 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 04-88 TO : All Issuers of Pre-Need Plans RE : Resale of Cancelled Plans Be it known that the Commission continues to implement its policy of disallowing resale of cancelled or lapsed plans.
