March 16, 1987 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 04-87 TO : Pre-Need Companies SUBJECT : Filing of Registration Statements in Connection with the Registration/Licensing of Additional Plans To facilitate the preparation of registration statements in connection with subsequent filing of applications for registration/licensing of additional plans, pre-need companies need not attach documents previously submitted in connection with the filing of original applications for the registration/licensing of plans unless changes, amendments or revisions had been made in connection thereto.
