February 17, 1988 SEC-BED MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 03-88 TO : All Concerned RE : Registration of Hedgers For the information of all concerned, all pre-need companies who fail to file their applications for registration/licensing as dealer in plans within fifteen (15) days from the date their Registration Statements are rendered effective covering the registration/licensing of their initial pre-need plans or for the renewal thereof on or before December 1, 1988, and thereafter, shall pay the amount of P1,000.00 as penalty therefor in addition to the filing fee of the same amount.
