January 25, 1990 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-A-90 TO : All Pre-Need Plan Issuers RE : Computation of Termination Values For the information and observance of all concerned, the termination values provided for under Section 21 of the New Rules on the Registration and Sale of Pre-need Plans and Similar Contracts and Investments should be computed on the first peso basis, as presently being done by most of the pre-need companies.
