March 24, 1987 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-A-87 TO : All Issuer Corporations of Registered Securities SUBJECT : Amendment of Circular No. 1 on Periodic and Other Reports Pursuant to Section 11 of the Revised Securities A c t Anent BED CIRCULAR NO. 1 requiring the submission of periodic and other reports pursuant to Section 11 of the Revised Securities Act, be it known that the Commission has extended the period within which said reports may be filed. Hence, paragraph 2 of subject Circular has been amended to read as follows: "The report must be filed with the Commission and/or Stock Exchanges within thirty (30) days after the last day March, June, September and December . . . ."
