January 8, 1997 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-97 TO : All Licensed Brokers/Dealers of Securities SUBJECT : Republic Resources and Development Corporation (REDECO) In connection with the application for lifting the suspension on the listing of securities of Republic Resources and Development Corporation (REDECO), all licensed brokers/dealers of securities are hereby directed to submit to this Commission a statement under oath that they do not have remaining shares of that corporation with original par value of P.01/share, either in clients' or dealers' accounts.
