January 15, 1991 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-91 TO : All Pre-Need Companies RE : Report on Lapse Plan In response to the request of several pre-need companies to extend the reporting period for lapsed plans the Commission hereby resolves to require submission thereof on a quarterly basis within sixty (60) days from end of the quarter effective March 31, 1991.
