January 31, 1989 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-89 TO : Manila International Futures Exchange Manila International Futures Clearing House Moncom Management Services, Inc. All Commodity Futures Brokers/Merchants RE : Submission of List of Names of Officers and Employees; Any Change Therein Shall Be Reported to the Commission The MANILA INTERNATIONAL FUTURES EXCHANGE, MANILA INTERNATIONAL FUTURES CLEARING HOUSE, MONCOM MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. AND ALL COMMODITY FUTURES BROKERS/MERCHANTS are hereby mandated to report within ten (10) days from the promulgation of this Circular the list of officers of their central and branch offices, if any, their representatives to the floor of the Exchange, employees, their salesmen, advisors or investment consultants and other persons authorized by them to solicit business, bring about sales or purchases or otherwise deal with their clients and the public in their name. Such list shall reflect their respective positions, addresses, effective licenses (for salesmen) and other pertinent information. Any change therein shall be reported to the Commission within ten (10) days therefrom and the Commission may, at the expense of the party concerned, publish the fact of such change.
