2014 SEC ADVISORY IN THE MATTER OF CROWN REGENCY HOLIDAY INTERNATIONAL, INC., FUENTE TRIANGLE REALTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, MEGATREND REALTY NETWORK, INC. AND BORACAY MULTIPLE PROPERTIES DEVELOPERS, INC. (SEC CASE NO. 03-09-007) The public is hereby informed that on March 16, 2010, a Decision was rendered by the Honorable Second Division of the Court of Appeals in CA G.R. SP No. 109676 , entitled "Crown Regency Holiday International, Inc., et al. vs. Securities and Exchange Commission, et al". , affirming the March 26, 2009 Cease and Desist Order and May 25, 2009 Order of the Commission enjoining Crown Regency Holiday International, Inc., Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation, Megatrend Realty Network, Inc. and Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc. , their officers, directors, partners, representatives, assigns, agents and any and all persons acting for and/or in their behalf, from selling Investment Contracts and shares of Preferred Stock of Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc. until the requisite registration statement is duly filed and approved by the Commission and the corresponding permit to offer and sell securities is issued. The aforementioned Decision was upheld by the Honorable Third Division of the Supreme Court in its Resolution dated August 15, 2012 in G.R. No. 193848 , entitled "Crown Regency Holiday International, Inc., Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation and Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc. vs. Securities and Exchange Commission". The Entry of Judgment issued by the Honorable Third Division of the Supreme Court in G.R. No. 193848 , states that its August 15, 2012 Resolution has, on February 6, 2013 become final and executory and is recorded in the Book of Entries of Judgments.
