August 5, 2015 SEC ADVISORY ONE DREAM GLOBAL MARKETING, INC. (SEC REGISTRATION NO. CS201511588 ISSUED ON 15 JUNE 2015) In view of the recent reports from the public that ONE DREAM GLOBAL MARKETING, INC. continues to operate in the Province of Batangas, the Securities and Exchange Commission hereby issues this Advisory that the above-mentioned corporation, while registered with the Commission, is not authorized to solicit investments as required by Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code. Based on the Joint Complaint-Affidavit of victims filed before the Department of Justice, the public was reportedly enticed to invest at least Php888.00 per slot and with a promised gross return of Php1,300.00 per slot after four (4) days and in addition, promised an incentive of Php44.00 for every direct referral. This is typical of a PONZI scheme where there exists no viable business operation and earlier investors, who were promised high returns, are paid from funds collected from new investors. As such, the investment contract cannot be registered with the SEC. Corollarily, none of its officers, uplines, recruiters, sellers or agents has been issued a license by the SEC to act as certified solicitor, investment adviser, broker and dealer in securities or salespersons of broker or dealer in securities as required by law. Those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized, pursuant to Sec. 28.1 of the Securities Regulation Code and in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in SEC vs. Oudine Santos [G.R.
