August 26, 2002 SEC ADVISORY The Commission advises the public that PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SERVICES, the alleged local agent of Eurolink Investment Services, Inc. is NOT registered with the Commission either as a corporation or a partnership and therefore, has no legal personality. This advisory is given in response to numerous inquiries made from the public and to correct Portfolio Management Services' misleading Marketing Management & Counselling (sic) Agreement wherein they state that they are a duly registered domestic company.
