April 13, 2009 SEC ADVISORY RE : ROP Business Provider Corporation The Commission has received information that ROP BUSINESS PROVIDER CORPORATION is soliciting investments from the public in the form of investment contracts and loans with a promised rate of return. Per verification, said company is no longer operating at the address indicated in its Articles of Incorporation. The public is advised that ROP BUSINESS PROVIDER CORPORATION is NOT licensed to solicit investments from the public, in accordance with Section 8.1 of the Securities Regulation Code. The public is advised to take the necessary precautions before entering into transactions with the above-named corporation.
