2019 SEC ADVISORY The Commission has received information that individuals or group of persons representing REQUIZA POULTRY/REQUIZA POULTRY, claiming to be registered with the Department of Trade and Industry under the business name REQUIZA AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS TRADING, are enticing the public to invest in the said entity. Based on the reports, REQUIZA POULTRY/REQUIZA FARM/REQUIZA AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS TRADING ("REQUIZA POULTRY" for brevity) offers to the public an investment with a promise of return of 40% to 50% of the capital every 60 days . In its website, 1 REQUIZA POULTRY represents that is engaged in the poultry business and promises the public a 50% guaranteed return of their investments. The scheme being employed by said entity is to entice the prospective investors to purchase a minimum of thirty-five (35) chicks for Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php3,500.00) and just wait for a period of sixty (60) days to get back the amount invested and harvest their rewards of up to fifty percent (50%) of the capital.
