Per SEC findings, 410 BUSINESS EMPIRE, INC., with SEC Registration No. CS201102184, has been engaging in the distribution/selling of consumer products through networking or multi-level marketing which are outside its purpose as a holding company per its Articles of Incorporation in violation of Section 45 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) certified on May 17, 2013 that based on its records, 410 Business Empire has not been issued a License to Operate either as Food, Cosmetic, or Household Hazardous Substances Manufacturer/Distributor and that the said company has no pending application for a License to Operate from the said office.
