July 4, 2013 SEC ADVISORY CBR GLOBAL GROUP NOTICE is hereby given that, CBR Energy Asia Group, Inc. with SEC Registration No. CS201232089 using the name "CBR GLOBAL GROUP, INC." is engaged in the solicitation of investments or funds for the purchase of shares from the public and mostly teachers from Ayungon, Negros Oriental. Subject corporation is NOT licensed to engage in investment taking activities in this country. It has been reported that CBR Global Group, Inc. promises that (1) Solicited funds shall be invested abroad in an oil business and shall earn an interest rate of 20% per month to be distributed to investor evenly in weekly payments; and (2) After one year, 150% of the investment will be returned in addition to the 20% monthly interest. Hence, the public is advised to exercise due diligence when making any investment.
