November 3, 2015 SEC ADVISORY This Advisory is prompted by news reports that a number of individuals were lured into investing in SMARTPAY INTERNATIONAL's scheme that promises a thirty percent (30%) payout to investors. Based on the records of the Commission, SMARTPAY INTERNATIONAL is not registered as a corporation or as a partnership . There being no primary license, it is likewise not authorized to solicit investments which require a secondary license as provided under Section 8.1 of the SRC. In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to STOP from investing their money into such high yield high-risk investment scheme and to take the necessary precaution in dealing with individuals representing the above-named entity.
