The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) through the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) would like to invite one (1) Compliance Officer or IT Personnel representative from covered institutions above (LCs/FCs/Fs) for a seminar on recently-issued AMLC Resolutions concerning changes on covered and suspicious (CT/ST) reporting, to wit: DaCEIc 1) AMLC Resolution No. 10, Series of 2013 on "No/Low Risk Covered Transactions"; 2) AMLC Resolution No. 10-A, Series of 2013 on the Lifting of AMLC Resolution No. 292, Series of 2003 and AMLC Resolution No. 38, Series of 2011; and 3) AMLC Resolution No. 10-C, Series of 2013 on New Policies in the Data Collection System (Revised Reporting Procedure).
