August 11, 2015 SEC ADVISORY The public is hereby warned concerning the investment taking activities of FORWARD DIRECT SELLING CORPORATION. Per verification, FORWARD DIRECT SELLING CORPORATION is inviting people to invest under the same scheme used by ONE LIGHTNING CORPORATION and for which ONE LIGHTNING CORPORATION was issued a CEASE and DESIST ORDER by this Commission. It has come to the attention of the Commission that FORWARD DIRECT SELLING CORPORATION is being operated by the same people behind ONE LIGHTNING CORPORATION. Using a different terminology to make it appear that it is engaged in multilevel marketing, FORWARD DIRECT SELLING CORPORATION is practically operating the same marketing program as ONE LIGHTNING CORPORATION. Despite the change in terminology, however, it is evident from its marketing program that it is attracting people to invest with the lure of profits derived from recruiting investors into the program. The profits actually come from the amounts invested by downline investors or so called dealers or distributors who are themselves enticed by the lure of profits. FORWARD DIRECT SELLING CORPORATION is not authorized to solicit investments from the public as it has not secured the necessary license or permit from the Commission as required under Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC). Those who invite or recruit people to join or invest in the venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized, in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in the case of SEC vs. Oudine Santos [G.R.
