May 21, 2013 SEC ADVISORY "EVERGREEN COMPANY" For the information of the public, EVERGREEN COMPANY is reported to be representing itself as a juridical entity when it is not registered as corporation or partnership with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Further, it has been alleged that it is engaged in recruiting applicants for employment under a scheme. ETDHSa As a condition for the employment, the applicant has to sell at least one product costing P3,898.00 which amount is more than its true value. The applicants should also attend a seminar during which the company requires P600.00 for the payment of mayor's clearance, police clearance, NBI clearance supposedly for the intended hiring of the applicant. The public is WARNED not to deal with persons or entities without the corresponding permits or licenses from the concerned government agencies.
