July 19, 2016 SEC ADVISORY The public is hereby warned concerning the investment taking activities of LUCKY9LIVES MARKETING CORPORATION ("Lucky9", for brevity). The Securities and Exchange Commission has received reports that operators of EDENGARDEN MARKETING SYSTEMS, INC. (formerly JACAMA SALES AND MARKETING) are now using the name of LUCKY9 LIVES MARKETING CORPORATION to continue their illegal investment-taking activities. Per verification, Lucky9 is inviting people to invest exactly under the same scheme used by JACAMA SALES AND MARKETING and for which the latter was issued a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER by this Commission. Upon scrutiny, Lucky9 and Edengarden Marketing Systems, Inc. were both incorporated on 17 February 2016 and have an interlocking incorporators, however, both were not authorized to solicit investments from the public as they did not secure the necessary license or permit for the same as required under Section 8.1 of the Securities Regulation Code. Corollary, the selling agents of Lucky9 are not authorized to offer for sale, sell and solicit investments from the public since no selling agents of Lucky9, as of now, have secured license from the SEC to act as certified investment solicitor, investment adviser, broker or dealer in securities, or salespersons of broker or dealer in securities. Those who invite or recruit to join or invest in the venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized, in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in the case of SEC vs. Oudine Santos (G.R. No. 195542, March 19, 2014). In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to STOP INVESTING and exercise self-restraint from investing their money into such high-yield risk investment scheme and to take the necessary precautions in dealing with the above-named entity.
