The Commission has received information that GOLDRAGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. has been offering and selling membership cards with the promise of providing individual and family accident insurance coverage to the cardholders, without the requisite license from the appropriate regulatory agencies. This act is not included in the purpose/s for which the corporation was issued its certificate of registration. The public is advised to take the necessary precautions before entering into transactions with the above-named corporation.
