April 27, 2011 SEC ADVISORY The Commission has received reports that Mega Trend Consultancy is soliciting investments from the public in the form of investment contracts. Per verification, Mega Trend Consultancy is not a registered corporation of the Commission. There being no primary license, it is likewise not authorized to solicit investments which require secondary license as provided under Sec. 8.1 of the Securities Regulation Code. Moreover, Primehill Investment Services Ltd., a corporation based in British Virgin Islands and to whom Mega Trend Consultancy is affiliated, is likewise not licensed to carry on a regulated activity that requires secondary license. In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to take the necessary precautions in dealing with the above-named entities.
