April 16, 2007 SAN JUAN MUNICIPALITY ORDINANCE NO. 011-07 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE REQUEST OF MUSIC MUSEUM GROUP INCORPORATED FOR THE EXTENSION OF EXISTING AGREEMENT OF FIXED AMUSEMENT TAX EFFECTIVE APRIL 16, 2007 TO APRIL 16, 2008 Sponsored by: Councilor Domingo M. Domingo and Anthony Joseph D. dela Cruz WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of San Juan, Metro Manila has granted fixed amusement tax rate of P600,000.00 monthly for five (5) cinemas to the Music Museum Group Inc. that will terminate on April 16, 2007; WHEREAS, the cinemas of Music Museum Group Incorporated are the major factor of bringing in the necessary crowd in the Greenhills Commercial Centers to patronize the business sector thus, providing a healthy business activities thereat; WHEREAS, the fixed amusement tax between the Municipality and the Music Museum Group Incorporated assure fixed income without the necessity of monitoring the gate receipts of the cinemas; WHEREAS, the Music Museum Group Incorporated shall remain in giving social and recreational benefits to the Senior Citizen Fund; IAaCST NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of San Juan, Metro Manila, in a session duly assembled that: SECTION 1. The Music Museum Group Incorporated is granted an existing extension of one year under the agreement of fixed amusement tax rate of P600,000.00 monthly for five (5) cinemas starting April 16, 2007. SECTION 2. The Music Museum Group Incorporated shall remain as a Municipal partner giving social and recreational benefit for the Senior Citizen of San Juan. SEHTIc SECTION 3. The Business License, the Treasury Department and all local agency concerned are hereby informed. SECTION 4.
