An Ordinance Amending Article G of City Ordinance No. 91, Series of 2013 (Otherwise Known as the City of San Juan Revenue Code of 2013)

October 26, 2015 SAN JUAN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 081-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE G OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 91, SERIES OF 2013 (OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE CITY OF SAN JUAN REVENUE CODE OF 2013) Sponsored by the Committee on Ways and Means (Councilors Ferdinand A. Velasco, Edgardo V. Soriano and Janella Ejercito Estrada) and co-sponsored by Councilors Angelo E. Agcaoili, Arthur Alfredo E. Aquino, Rolando M. Bernardo, Leonardo G. Celles, William C. Go, Michael Cristopher R. Mathay, Marie O'neal S. Mendoza, Richard F. Peralta, Jose Warren P. Villa and Allen Christopher M. Silvano WHEREAS, there is a need to add specific provisions on the imposition of fees or charges for the use of government facilities owned by the City of San Juan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED as it is hereby ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of City of San Juan, Metro Manila, in a session duly assembled that: SECTION 1. Amendment. Ordinance No. 91, Series of 2012, is hereby amended by adding another section thereof, which shall read as follows: "Section 5.G.07. Other government facilities is hereby added to Article G of Ordinance No. 91, Series of 2013 (otherwise known as the City of San Juan Revenue Code of 2013), to read as follows: "A fee for the use of any government facilities located in the City of San Juan shall be charged in the amount of P3,000.00 per use in addition to other charges/fees allowed in the Revenue Code of 2013." SECTION 2. Let this Ordinance be published in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. SECTION 3.
