Nakpil Explanatory Note WHEREAS, the City of San Juan desires to present a clean and healthy environment for its constituents; WHEREAS, the City Charter provides the creation of the Office of the City Environment and Natural Resources whose task among others is to deliver services concerning environment and natural resources; WHEREAS, for the said office to be functional, it has to be equipped with proper officers and equipment; WHEREAS, this office needs to move around the city to ensure that laws pertaining to environment are followed, thus the need to purchase vehicle for their mobility use. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of San Juan, Metro Manila that: SECTION 1. The amount of Six Hundred Thousand (P600,000.00) Pesos is appropriated for the purchase of three (3) units multi-cab. SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to set aside the said funds, subject to the usual audit and accounting procedures. acHCSD SECTION 3.
