August 20, 1959 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. V-69 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. V-60 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned The provisions of Sections 9 and 10 of Revenue Regulations No. V-60 (Re-dividing the Philippines into ten (10) regional districts) are hereby amended to read as follows: SEC. 9. Regional District No. 9 (West Mindanao Region), with Zamboanga City as the station town of the Regional Director, shall consist of the following provinces and cities: Provinces 1. Cotabato 2. Lanao del Norte 3. Lanao del Sur 4. Misamis Occidental 5. Sulu 6. Zamboanga del Norte 7. Zamboanga del Sur Cities 1. Basilan City EcHIDT 2. Iligan City 3. Marawi City 4. Ozamis City 5. Zamboanga City SEC. 10. Regional District No. 10 (East Mindanao Region), with Davao City as the station town of the Regional Director, shall consist of the following provinces and cities: Provinces 1. Agusan 2. Bukidnon 3. Davao 4. Misamis Oriental 5. Surigao Cities 1. Davao City 2. Butuan City 3. Cagayan de Oro City These regulations shall take effect immediately, and supersedes all regulations, orders, or circulars covering the same subject matter. (SGD.)
