Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. V-24

May 8, 1957 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. V-56 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. V-24 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 and 338 of Commonwealth Act No. 466, otherwise known as the National Internal Revenue Code, the following regulations are hereby promulgated and shall be known as Revenue Regulations No. V-56. SECTION 1. The present composition of inspection purposes of the provinces of Ilocos Norte and Batanes (Revenue Regulations No. V-44) is hereby modified to include the province of Ilocos Norte only, with the municipality of Laoag to continue as the station town of the Provincial Revenue Officer. SECTION 2. The present composition for inspection purposes of the province of Cagayan (Revenue Regulations No. V-27) is hereby modified to include the province of Batanes, the subprovince of Apayao and the municipal districts of Kabugao, Luna, Conner and Bayag in Mountain Province, with the municipality of Aparri to continue as the station town of the Provincial Revenue Officer. SECTION 3. The present composition for inspection purposes of the province of Albay and Catanduanes (Revenue Regulations No. V-44) is hereby modified so as to make them two separate inspection units, with the municipality of Legaspi to continue as the station town of the Provincial Revenue Officer in Albay and the Municipality of Virac as the station town of the Provincial Revenue Officer in Catanduanes.
