Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. V-24

February 10, 1956 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. V-44 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. V-24 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 and 338 of Commonwealth Act No. 466, otherwise known as the National Internal Revenue Code, the following regulations are hereby promulgated and shall be known as Revenue Regulations No. V-44. SECTION 1. Inspection District No. 6 comprising the province of Batanes (page 1 of Revenue Regulations No. V-24) is hereby abolished and annexed to Inspection District No. 20 (page 2 of Revenue Regulations No. V-24) which Inspection District will hereafter comprise the provinces of Ilocos Norte and Batanes. The municipality of Laoag will continue to be the station town of the Provincial Revenue Officer. SECTION 2. Inspection District No. 15 comprising the province of Catanduanes (page 2 of Revenue Regulations No. V-24) is hereby abolished and annexed to Inspection District No. 3 (page 1 of Revenue Regulations No. V-24) which Inspection District will hereafter comprise the provinces of Albay and Catanduanes. The town of Legaspi will continue to be the station town of the Provincial Revenue Officer. SECTION 3. Inspection District No. 43 comprising the province of Rizal, with the exception of the municipalities of Caloocan, Malabon and Navotas (page 3 of Revenue Regulations No. V-24 as amended by Revenue Regulations No. V-31) will hereafter comprise the province of Rizal and the cities of Pasay and Quezon, including the municipalities of Caloocan, Malabon and Navotas. The municipality of Pasig will continue to be the station town of the Provincial Revenue Officer. SECTION 4. Inspection District No. 53 comprising the cities of Manila, Quezon and Pasay and the municipalities of Caloocan, Malabon and Navotas (page 4 of Revenue Regulations No. V-24 as amended by Revenue Regulations No. V-31) will hereafter comprise the city of Manila alone.
