October 28, 1952 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. V-31 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. V-24 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned 1. Revenue Regulations No. V-24, dated February 18, 1952, is hereby amended by dividing Inspection District No. 51, comprising the province of Zamboanga into two inspection districts, to be hereafter known and referred to as Inspection District No. 51 (Zamboanga Norte) with station town at Dipolog, and Inspection District No. 52 (Zamboanga Sur) with station town at Zamboanga City. 2. The Office of the City Revenue Agent, Office of Supervisor of Distilleries, and Office of Supervisor of Tobacco Factories shall hereafter be known and referred to as Inspection Districts Nos. 53, 54, and 55, respectively. 3. The municipalities of Las Pias, Paraaque, Makati, Mandaluyong, and San Juan, Rizal, are hereby transferred from the jurisdiction of Inspection District No. 53 (Manila) to Inspection District No. 43 (Rizal). 4. Revenue Regulations Nos. V-2 and V-5 and the provisions of Revenue Regulations No. V-24, insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed.
