April 18, 1994 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 08-94 SUBJECT : Amending the Effectivity Clause of Revenue Regulations No. 6-94, as Amended by R evenue Regulations 7-9 4 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Withholding Tax Agents and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of Section 245, in relation to Section 50(b), both of the National Internal Revenue Code, Section 3 of Revenue Regulations No. 6-94, as amended by Revenue Regulations No. 7-94, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "Sec. 3.
