March 10, 2011 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 06-11 SUBJECT : Suspension of the Implementation of Revenue Regulations No. 2-2011 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned The implementation of Revenue Regulations No. 2-2011 dated March 1, 2011 which was issued pursuant to Section 244 of the Tax Code in relation to Sections 5 (B), 6 (H), 51 (A) (1), 51 (A) (2), 51 (A) (3) and 65 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997 (Tax Code), as amended is hereby suspended.
