Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. 7-66

October 23, 1968 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 05-68 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. 7-66 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 and 338 of Commonwealth Act No. 466, as amended, otherwise known as the National Internal Revenue Code, the following amendments to Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, as amended by Revenue Regulations No. 22-67, 2-68 and 3-68, are hereby promulgated and shall be known as Revenue Regulations No. 5-68. SECTION 1. The second and third paragraphs of Section 3 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, as amended, are hereby amended to read as follows: Revenue District No . 12 Western Pangasinan comprising the municipalities of Agno, Aguilar, Alaminos, Anda, Bani, Bolinao, Bugallon, Burgos, Dasol, Infanta, Labrador, Lingayen, Mabini, Mangatarem and Sual, with Lingayen as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. Revenue District No . 13 Central Pangasinan comprising Dagupan City, San Carlos City and the municipalities of Alcala, Bautista, Bayambang, Basista, Binmaley, Calasiao, Mangaldan, Malasiqui, Mapandan, Manaoag, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Santa Barbara and Urbiztondo, with Dagupan City as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. SECTION 2. The third and fourth paragraphs of Section 13 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, as amended, are hereby amended further to read as follows: Revenue District No . 60 Central Cebu comprising Cebu City, Lapu-lapu City, and the municipalities of Mandaue and Cordova with Cebu City as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. Revenue District No . 61 Southern Cebu comprising the municipalities of Talisay, Minglanilla, Carcar, Naga, San Fernando, Alcoy, Argao, Delaguete, Sibonga, Alcantara, Alegria, Badian, Boljoon, Ginatilan, Malabuyoc, Moalboal, Oslob, Samboan, Santander, Aloguinsan, Barili, Dumanjug, Pinamungajan, Ronda and Toledo City, with Talisay as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. SECTION 3. The third paragraph of Section 18 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: cdi Revenue District No . 82 comprising the province of Davao del Sur with Digos as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. Revenue District No . 91 comprising Davao City with the city itself as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. SECTION 4. The third paragraph of Section 19 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: Revenue District No . 85 Western Cotabato comprising Cotabato City and the municipalities of Buldon, Parang, Pigcawayan, Libugan, Midsayap, Tumbao, Pikit, Pagalugan, Maganoy, Datu Piang, Dinaig, Lebak, Kalamansig, Palimbong, Nuling and Tupi with Cotabato City as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. Revenue District No . 92 Eastern Cotabato comprising the municipalities of Kidapawan, Kabacan, Matalam, M'lang, Magpet, Makilala, Tulunan, Colombio, Buluan, Tacurong, Isulan, Sultan Sa Barongis and Roxas, with Kidapawan as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. SECTION 5. This regulation shall take effect after thirty (30) days from its publication in the Official Gazette and supersedes all regulations, orders, or circulars which are inconsistent herewith. cdt EDUARDO Z.
