Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. 7-66

January 30, 1974 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 03-74 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. 7-66 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 and 338 of Commonwealth Act No. 466, as amended, otherwise known as the National Internal Revenue Code and the creation of new provinces in Nueva Vizcaya, Cotabato, Zamboanga del Sur and Sulu, the following amendments to Section 2, 19 and 20 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66 as further amended by Revenue Regulations Nos. 22-67, 2-68, 5-68 and 4-69, are hereby promulgated and shall be known as Revenue Regulations No. 3-74. cdt SECTION 1. Paragraph three of Section 2 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66 is hereby amended to read as follows: " Revenue District No . 11 comprising the province of Nueva Vizcaya composed of the municipalities of Aritao, Bagabag, Bambang, Bayombong, Dupax, Kayapa, Solano, Villaverde-Ibung, Quezon, Sta. Fe, Ambaguio, and Diadi with Bayombong as the station town of the Revenue District Officer." " Revenue District No . 94 Quirino province comprising the municipalities of Aglipay, Cabarroguis, Diffun, Kasibu, Maddela and Saguday with Cabarroguis as the station town of the Revenue District Officer." aisa dc SECTION 2. The third and fourth paragraph of Section 19 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66 as amended, is further revised to read as follows: " Revenue District No . 85 Province of Maguindanao comprising the municipalities of Buldar, Parang, Sultan Kudarat, Tumbao, Upi, Dinaig, Datu Piang, Maganoy, Pagalungan, Buluan, Ampatuan, Sultan sa Borongis, and Datu Paglas and Cotabato City as the station town of the Revenue District Officer." " Revenue District No . 92 North Cotabato province comprising the municipalities of Kidapawan, Calamba, Carmen, Kabacan, Libungan, Magpet, Makilala, Matalam, Midsayap, Mlang, Pigcawayan, Pres. Roxas, Tulunan and Pikit with Kidapawan as the station town of the Revenue District Officer." " Revenue District No . 95 Province of Sultan Kudarat comprising the municipalities of Tacurong, Isulan, Lutayan, Bagumbayan, Kalamansing, Lebak, Columbio, Palumbang, President Quirino, Mariano Marcos, and Esperanza with Isulan as the station town of the Revenue District Officer." SECTION 3. The fourth and fifth paragraph of Section 20 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66 as amended shall be further revised to read as follows: " Revenue District No . 89 Southern Zamboanga del Sur comprising the city of Zamboanga and the municipalities of Ipil, Titay and Tungawan with Zamboanga City as the station town of the Revenue District Officer." " Revenue District No . 90 Province of Sulu comprising the municipalities of Jolo, Indanan, Luuk, Maimang, Marungas, Panamao, Pangutaran, Parang, Pata, Patikul, Siasi, Talipao, and Tungkil with Jolo as the station town of the Revenue District Officer." " Revenue District No . 96 Basilan province comprising the City of Basilan and the municipalities of Isabela, Lamitan and Maluso with Isabela as the station town of the Revenue District Officer." " Revenue District No . 97 Province of Tawi-tawi consisting of the municipalities of Bungao, Balimbing, Cagayan de Sulu, Simunul, Sitangkai, South Ubian, Tandubas and Turtle Island with Balimbing as the station town of Revenue District Officer." SECTION 4. This regulations shall take effect after thirty (30) days from its publication in the Official Gazette and supersedes all regulations, orders or circulars which are inconsistent herewith.
