Amendment to Revenue Regulations No. 3-63, Involving the Division of Samar Into Three (3) Provinces

June 30, 1966 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 03-66 SUBJECT : Amendment to Revenue Regulations No . 3-63, Involving the Division of Samar Into Three (3) Provinces Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 and 338 of Commonwealth Act No. 466, otherwise known as the National Internal Revenue Code, the following amendment to Section 9 of Revenue Regulations No. 3-63 is hereby promulgated and shall be known as Revenue Regulations No. 3-66. SECTION 1. The first, second and third paragraphs of Section 9 of Revenue Regulations No. 3-63 is hereby amended to read as follows: Inspection District No . 40 Northern Samar comprising the municipalities of Allen, Bobon, Capul, Catarman, Catubig, Gamay, Laoang, Lapinig, Las Navas, Lavezares, Mondragon, Palapag, Pambujan, San Antonio, San Isidro, San Jose, San Roque and Sta. Margarita, with CATARMAN as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. LLjur Inspection District No . 41 Eastern Samar comprising the municipalities of Arteche, Balangiga, Balangkayan, Borongan, Can-Avid, Dolores, General MacArthur, Geporlos, Guiuan, Hernani, Jipapad, Lawa-an, Llorente, Maslog, Maydolong, Mercedes, Oras, Quinapundan, Salcedo, San Julian, San Policarpio, Sulat, and Taft with BORONGAN as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. Inspection District No . 42 Western Samar comprising the municipalities of Basey, Calbiga, Catbalogan, Daram, Gandara, Hinabangan, Jiabong, Marabut, Motiong, Pinabacdao, Sta. Rita, Talalora, Tarangnan, Villareal, Wright, Zummarraga, Matuginao, San Jose de Buan, San Sebastian, Almagro, Sto. Nio and Calbayog City with CATBALOGAN as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. SECTION 2. This regulations shall take effect after thirty (30) days from its publication in the Official Gazette and supersedes all regulations, orders or circulars which are inconsistent herewith. EDUARDO Z.
