Amendments to Revenue Regulations Nos. 7-66 and 5-68

March 3, 1969 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 02-69 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Regulations Nos. 7-66 and 5-68 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 and 338 of Commonwealth Act No. 466, as amended, otherwise known as the National Internal Revenue Code, the following amendments to Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, as amended, and 5-68 are hereby promulgated: SECTION 1. The second and fourth paragraphs of Section 12 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, as amended, are hereby further amended to read as follows: Revenue District No . 53 Northern Samar comprising the municipalities of Allen, Bobon, Capul, Catarman, Catubig, Gamay, Laoang, Lapinig, Las Navas, Lavezares, Mapanas, Mondragon, Palapag, Pambujan, San Antonio, San Isidro, San Jose, San Roque and San Vicente, with Catarman as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. Revenue District No . 55 Western Samar comprising the municipalities of Almago, Basey, Calbiga, Catbalogan, Daram, Gandara, Hinabangan, Jiabong, Marabut, Motiong, Pinabacdao, San Sebastian, Sta. Margarita, Sta. Rita, Sto. Nio, Talalora, Tarangnan, Villareal, Wright, Zumarraga, Matuginao, San Jose de Buan and Calbayog City with Catbalogan as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. SECTION 2. The second paragraph of Section 16 is hereby amended to read as follows: Revenue District No . 72 Agusan del Norte comprising the municipalities of Carmen, Nasipit, Buenavista, Cabadbaran, Tubay, Jabonga, Kitcharao, Las Nieves and Butuan City with Butuan City as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. SECTION 3. Between the second and third paragraphs of Section 16 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, the following paragraph is hereby inserted: Revenue District No . 93 Agusan del Sur comprising the municipalities of Bayugan, Esperanza, Prosperidad, San Francisco, Busawan, Talacogon, La Paz, Loreto, Veruela and Santa Josefa with Prosperidad as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. SECTION 4. The first and second paragraphs of Section 4 of Revenue Regulations No. 5-68 which amended Section 19 of Revenue Regulations No. 7-66, is hereby further amended to read as follows: Revenue District No . 85 Western Cotabato comprising Cotabato City and the municipalities of Buldon, Paran, Pigcawayan, Libungan, Midsayap, Tumbao, Pikit, Pagalungan, Maganoy, Datu Piang, Dinaig, Lebak, Kalamansig, Palimbong, Nuling, Upi and Ampatuan with Cotabato City as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. Revenue District No . 92 Eastern Cotabato comprising the municipalities of Kidapawan, Kabakan, Matalam, Malang, Magpet, Makilala, Tulunan, Colambio, Buluan, Tacurong, Isulan, Sultan sa Baronguis, Roxas, Carmen and Lutayan, with Kidapawan as the station town of the Revenue District Officer. SECTION 5. This regulation shall take effect thirty (30) days after its publication in the Official Gazette and supersedes all regulations, orders, or circulars inconsistent herewith. EDUARDO Z.
