Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. 3-63

February 5, 1965 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 02-65 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Regulations No. 3-63 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 and 338 of Commonwealth Act No. 466, otherwise known as the National Internal Revenue Code, the following regulation amending Section 3 of Revenue Regulations No. 3-63, is hereby promulgated and shall be known as Revenue Regulations No. 2-65. SECTION 1. Section 3 of Revenue Regulations No. 3-63 is hereby amended to read as follows: cdt Regional Office No . 3 (Central Plains Region) with San Fernando, Pampanga as the station town of the Regional Director, shall consist of the following Inspection Districts: Inspection District No . 10 Comprising of Eastern Pangasinan composed of the municipalities of Asingan, Balungao, Binalonan, Natividad, Pozorrubio, Rosales, San Manuel, San Nicolas, San Quintin, Sta. Maria, Sto. Tomas, Sison, Tayug, Umingan, Urdaneta and Villasis with Urdaneta as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. Inspection District No . 73 Comprising Dagupan City and Western Pangasinan composed of the municipalities of Agno, Aguilar, Alaminos, Alcala, Anda, Bani, Basista, Bautista, Bayambang, Binmaley, Bolinao, Bugallon, Burgos, Calasiao, Dasol, Infanta, Labrador, Lingayen, Mabini, Malasique, Manaoag, Mangaldan, Mangatarem, Mapandan, San Carlos, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Sta. Barbara, Sual and Urbiztondo with Dagupan City as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. Inspection District No . 11 Comprising the province of Tarlac with Tarlac as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. Inspection District No . 12 Comprising the province of Zambales with Olongapo as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. Inspection District No . 13 Comprising the province of Bataan with Balanga as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. Inspection District No . 14 Comprising the province of Pampanga and Angeles City with San Fernando as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. Inspection District No . 15 Comprising the province of Nueva Ecija and Cabanatuan City with Cabanatuan City as the station town of the Chief Revenue Officer. SECTION 2. This Regulations shall take effect after thirty (30) days from its publication in the Official Gazette and supersedes all Regulations, Orders or Circulars which are inconsistent herewith. RUFINO G.
