January 25, 1977 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 01-77 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Regulations No. 8-76 extending the Filing of BIR Form 1701B covering 1976 Payments, from January 31, 1977 to March 1, 1977 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Revenue Regulations No. 8-76 dated November 26, 1976, is hereby amended by adding a new section in addition to Section 1 thereof and to be designated as Section 1-A. "Section 1-A. The deadline for the filing of BIR Form 1701B and accompanying alphabetical list covering 1976 payments of income as well as the furnishing of original and duplicate copies of BIR Form 1701B to the payees by the payors shall be on or before March 1, 1977. cdt CESAR VIRATA Secretary of Finance Recommended by: EFREN I.
