July 6, 1998 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 96-98 TO : All Concerned RE : Delegation of Authority to Sign Contractual Appointment in Line with the Information Systems Group The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, the authority to sign contractual appointments is hereby delegated to the Officer-in-Charge of the Information Systems Group from July 6, 1998 to December 31, 1998.
