November 20, 1998 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 90-98 SUBJECT : Payment of Printing Cost of Internal Revenue Labels for Wines, Spirits and Other Alcohol Products TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned In view of the increase in printing cost of BIR labels for wines, spirits and other alcohol products, being charged by the authorized printer (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Securities Printing Department), the prevailing rates of auxiliary and regular labels shall be as follows: Item Printing Cost per piece Regular Labels P0.374 Auxiliary Labels P0.113 The above unit costs are subject to change from time to time, depending on the rates that the authorized printer will charge the BIR in the future.
