November 2, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 75-67 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and in view of the redistricting of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and shortage of manpower in the assessment group in the newly created revenue districts, Supervising Accounting Clerk TITO R. PINTOR, R-36, is hereby relieved of his present duties in the Administrative Branch, Revenue Region No. 13, Central Visayas, Cebu City and designated Acting Revenue Examiner I, R-36, in Revenue District No. 59, Northern Cebu, Danao City, to perform the duties as such for a period of six (6) months from the date of approval. lexlib This Order shall take effect immediately upon approval. ROMUALDEZ Secretary 2nd Indorsement December 22, 1967 Respectfully forwarded to the Honorable, the Executive Secretary, Manila, recommending approval, pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 42, series of 1937, of the within Revenue Memorandum Order No. 75-67 dated November 2, 1967, issued by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, favorably recommended by the Secretary of Finance, temporarily designating Mr. TITO R. PINTOR, R-36, as Acting Examiner in Revenue District No. 59, Northern Cebu, Danao City, without additional compensation, effective upon assumption of duties, but not for more than six (6) months. It is understood that Mr. Pintor shall not be allowed to collect per diems during the period of his temporary assignment and that said detail shall not be used as a basis for the future reclassification of the position he presently occupies, nor he be given priority in matters of promotion.
