October 27, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 74-67 SUBJECT : Supplement to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 43-67 Dated June 19, 1967 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In addition to the list of all pending cases to be submitted not later than the 15th day of the month following the end of the quarter, and in order to effectively implement Revenue Special Order No. 700-67 dated October 17, 1967, it is hereby ordered that the following Internal Revenue Officers shall submit the following: 1. Revenue District Officers shall submit a list of all acted cases forwarded to the Regional Office during the quarter. 2. Revenue Regional Directors shall submit a list of all cases forwarded to the National Office during the quarter. 3. Chiefs of divisions receiving cases for review or investigation from other offices shall submit a list of such cases received during the quarter, together with a separate list of cases acted upon during the quarter and forwarded to higher or other offices. The list to be submitted shall contain the following information: a. Name of taxpayer b. Kind of tax c. Amount and years involved d. Date transmitted Compliance with this Memorandum Order shall begin with the first quarter of the current fiscal year and the lists shall be submitted within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this memorandum Order. In subsequent quarters, the lists shall be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the end of each quarter. Strict compliance herewith is enjoined. MISAEL P. VERA Commissioner of Internal Revenue
