July 13, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 73-67 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and in view of the re-districting of the Bureau of Internal Revenue thereby creating a shortage in manpower in the Assessment Group in the newly created revenue districts, Mr. ULPIANO M. FRANCISCO, TCE-31 is hereby designated Acting Examiner in Revenue District No. 31, Pasig, Rizal, for a period of six (6) months from the date of assumption to duty. EDUARDO Z. ROMUALDEZ Secretary 2nd Indorsement November 29, 1967 Respectfully forwarded to the Honorable, the Executive Secretary, Manila, recommending approval, pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 42, series of 1937, of the within Revenue Memorandum No. 73-67 dated July 13, 1967, issued by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, favorably recommended by the Secretary of Finance, temporarily detailing Mr. ULPIANO M. FRANCISCO, TCE-31 as Acting Revenue Examiner in Revenue District No. 31, Pasig, Rizal, without additional compensation, effective upon assumption of duties, but not for more than six (6) months.
