October 10, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 72-67 1. Pursuant to the 3rd Indorsement of the Executive Secretary dated August 31, 1967, authorizing the following Bureau of Internal Revenue officials to assume their duties as Revenue Attaches at the posts indicated opposite their respective names, with expenses in accordance with existing regulations chargeable against the appropriations of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and in accordance with the attached true copy of the scale of expenses and allowances for officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs, said Revenue Attaches, whose respective annual salaries as fixed under R.A. No. 4900 are in the amount of P10,776, shall be entitled to the expenses and allowances opposite their names, subject to the limitation on the period they can claim clothing allowances in appropriate cases: aisadc Cost of Living Per Clothing Name Post Living Quarters Diems Allowances Salvador Hernandez Madrid, Spain P6,000 P4,800 P50 P800 Married with 3 children (maximum) Ricardo P. The tonnage allowance or volume of transportable baggage and equipment shall be that pertaining to the foregoing scale of expenses and allowances. 3. The foreign exchange differentials incident to these disbursements shall be subject to the provisions of the General Appropriation Act (R.A. No. 5170) relative to disbursements of the offices under the Executive Department financed from the General Fund in excess of the rate of P2.00 to U.S. $1.00 or the latter's equivalent in other foreign currency. 4. Disbursements of all allowances, including expenses for representation (Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-64) but excluding the allowance for cost of living, shall be subject to existing auditing requirements. 5. The Revenue Attaches shall be issued reasonable cash advance which will also be subject to auditing requirements. 6. This order shall take effect immediately. MISAEL P.
