November 28, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 71-66 SUBJECT : Publishing Department Memorandum Circular No. 49-66 of the Department of Finance dated September 27, 1966 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers and others concerned, there is quoted hereinbelow Department Memorandum Circular No. 49-66 of the Department of Finance dated September 27, 1966, relative to the 1966 UNICEF Greeting Cards for Christmas and the New Year. prcd "DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 49-66 "TO : All Officials and Personnel of Bureaus and Offices under the Department of Finance "SUBJECT : 1966 UNICEF Greeting Cards for Christmas and the New Year "The Social Secretary of Mrs. Imelda R. Marcos wishes to impart the Radio-TV message of the First Lady over Channel 5 on September 9, 1966 concerning the 1966 UNICEF Greeting Cards for Christmas and the New Year, the entirety of which is as follows: 'I take much pleasure in launching the 1966 UNICEF Greeting Cards. It means so little but it can mean a lot. A card casting P0.30 centavos will go a long way in helping a needy child somewhere around the world. 'I invite as many of my listeners to participate in this worthwhile project. 'Let your UNICEF GREETING help a child.' "In this connection, the First Lady is appealing to you as civic-spirited citizens to lend your kind assistance and cooperation to support this drive. "Please contact the following for your orders: Mrs. Aurelio, 3-21-31 local 236, Miss Magbanua 3-21-31 local 333 or Mrs. Knapp local 326 or 313.
